The Counsil of Co-owners
De Raad van Mede-eigendom is aangesteld door de mede-eigenaars van de Antwerp Tower om het dagelijks beheer van het gebouw uit te oefenen, alsook verschillende beslissingen te nemen. Dit in samenwerking met de Syndicus (Syncura).
De Raad stuurt samen met de Syndicus ook de de conciërge (Mo) en de receptie aan.
The counsil of co-owners was appointed by the co-owners of the Antwerp Tower to oversee the day-to-day management of the building and to make various decisions. It does so in collaboration with the building manager (Syncura).
Together with the building manager, the Council also supervises the building superintendent (Mo) and the reception desk.
De Syndicus
The building manager
De syndicus beheert het gebouw samen met de raad van mede-eigendom namens de mede-eigenaren. De syndicus legt eerder de focus op het administratieve, technische en boekhoudkundig beheer.
The building manager manages the building together with the counsil of co-owners on behalf of the co-owners. The property manager focuses primarily on administrative, technical, and accounting management.
De conciërge en receptie
The building superintendent and the reception desk
De conciërge houdt toezicht op het gebouw en zorgt ervoor dat gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en voorzieningen goed functioneren.
Een receptie ontvangt bewoners en bezoekers, beantwoordt vragen en helpt met praktische zaken.
The building superintendenrt oversees the building and ensures that common areas and facilities are functioning properly.
The reception desk welcomes residents and visitors, answers questions, and assists with practical matters.
